“AMFIT -0.2 / 10-01” (TU 9444-005-02070387-96), developed at NIFTI UNN on semiconductor noise generators that have no analogues in the world, and currently being commercially manufactured by «FizTech» LLC ( N. Novgorod). The device is intended for non-invasive local impact with noise radiation of non-thermal intensity of millimeter-wave electromagnetic waves on inflammatory, degenerative and other wounds (physiotherapy mode) or on receptor fields, reflexogenic zones, corporal or auricular skin surface points (reflex-therapeutic mode). The device is recommended for use in medical institutions, hospitals, outpatient medical facilities, sanatoriums, dispensaries, emergency medical stations and departments of the Ministry of Emergencies, in sport medicine and in offices of psychological treatment, as well as for individual use after consultation with specialists. The device is approved for use in medical practice on the territory of the Russian Federation by order of the Ministry of Health of Russia dated from 20.07.1998, registered in the State Register of Medical Products (registration certificate of Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation No 29/06030497 / 2014-01 dated from 15.06.2001; license No 42 / 2000-0491-0588 of 03/30/2000) and certified of Gosstandart of the Russian Federation (No ROSS RU.ME34. B 01326). The device consists of a power supply and a generator head, connected by a cable. The view of the apparatus is shown in Fig. 1. The generator head has two interchangeable nozzles: cylindrical and horn, allowing to change the area of the irradiated surface in a contact method of exposure from 14 mm 2 (using a nozzle of 4.2 mm) to 200 mm 2 (using a nozzle of 16 mm ), the opening angle of the horn is 200. The area of impact when working with a horn nozzle can be increased to 1000 mm 2 (when removing the nozzle from the skin surface at a distance of no more than 30 mm). The device can be fixed on the patient's body with the help of a special plastic applicator included in the kit (see fig. 1) and fixed by elastic bandage.
The treatment is carried out by radiation with a noise spectrum fairly uniformly distributed in the frequency range 53.57 - 78.33 GHz (wavelengths from 5.6 to 3.8 mm). The integrated radiation power is set in the range from 0.2 to 10 μW when the device is being assembled. Typical radiated power is about 1.0 µW. The spectral density of the noise power, corresponding to the typical radiation power, is about 4 х 10–17 W / Hz.The total mass of the device does not exceed 400 g, the mass of the generator head is 90 g. Power consumption from a household AC mains does not exceed 3.5 watts. The time of setting of the operating mode is not more than 5 seconds. Small size, weight, power supply from a 220 V household network and complete safety for medical personnel (in terms of electrical safety, the device meets the requirements of GOST R 50267.0-92 for products of class II type B) allow using the device both in the physiotherapy room and directly in the hospital ward, in the doctor's office, at home. The device complies with GOST 12.1.006-84 at the maximum permissible levels (RC) of EHF irradiation for the human body and allows working with the device for 8 hours. AMFIT -0.2 / 10-01 advantageously differs from devices with similar clinical efficacy, ease usage, small size, weight and cost. Upon delivery of the device, there provided a set of methodological literature, Clinical approbation of the apparatus was carried out in the reflexotherapeutic (on BAT) and physiotherapeutic (on the lesion area) radiation modes. There have been tests carried out in dozens of clinics of various profiles in Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod. The treatment formulation was basically consistent with the baseline for EHF therapies. The users achieved high efficiency in treatment of a wide range of diseases in age groups from 1 to 70 years old."AMFIT -0.2 / 10-01" is used in medical centers, hospitals, clinics, medical units and hospitals for treatment: wounds, phlegmons after surgical treatment; thermal injury; peptic ulcer diseases; pulmonary tuberculosis and sarcoidosis; atherosclerosis of vessels of lower extremities with lower limb ischemia of II-IV degree; trophic ulcers; recurring erysipelas; arthritis of various etiologies; tendovaginitis; pain in osteochondrosis; painful varicose veins; pulpitis, periodontitis, alveolitis; neuritis of the facial nerve; trigeminal neuralgia; hypertension in the initial stage; bronchial asthma; personal allergy ; cerebral palsy; Crohn's disease; bruises, fractures; polysegmental pneumonia; ischemic heart disease or angina pectoris; a wide range of dermatological diseases; , influenza and the like. It was possible to achieve a significant reduction of persons with immunodeficiencies by 4 times 3 times compared with the control group, which allowed developing of non-invasive prophylaxis of acute respiratory viral infections and influenza in closed groups. The scientific practical results of the apparatus use were published in works of international and Russian conferences, symposia, 20 meetings, in scientific and practical journals of the medical-biological orientation ("MM wave in biology and medicine", "Military Medical Journal "," Nizhny Novgorod Medical Journal "," Bulletin of experimental biology and medicine "), in the methodological recommendations and instructions, manuals for doctors. The developers and manufacturers of the AMFIT-0.2 / 10-01 apparatus conduct joint medical biological studies with a number of medical research institutes and major clinics in the city of N. Novgorod and Russia with the aim of expanding areas of application of low-intensity EHF EMR with a noise spectrum in biology, experimental and clinical medicine, emergency medicine, preventive medicine and rehabilitology.
